Training!!!

Thanks for the lads that made training tonight. Hopefully you all enjoyed it. Good to see some new faces. Put the word out to the rest of the lads and lets make next Tuesday even better! A couple of recommendations; 1. Ben to get some non- slip trainers and Tom to not drive/crash other people's cars! If you could please let me have your mobile numbers I can start to text you up to date news etc. My details are 07880 536 852. Also, we are starting this Saturday the circuit training down the club. 10:30 to 11:30. Let me know what you think?! Damo.

Sat mornings
I'm in for that. I will struggle to get there for 10:30am for a few weeks but I'll be there. Last night sounds entertaining!

Harrasment !
Damo I will start training hopefully next week as I told Castro, who was very put out I didnt turn up last night! I know we have Damo and Dean running things but f@*k me Tom has the bit between his teeth and great to hear he's down training too and rallying the troops. I am still carrying a bit of an injury from the tens to be honest where I twisted my ankle on whitters boot after going in to tackle the same bloke.

Pot calling kettle black!
Thanks Tom, I thought it was good of me aswell to arrange it. I trust your getting down on Saturday then after that swipe across my bow. Anyway, like Jase I'm giving everyone else a chance to get up to speed with fitness before coming down. Come down Saturday, I'll get you spitting razor blades! You'll having muscles aching you didn't know you had.

tref, you should know by now that if you mention something on here about muscles you didn't know you had - it will kick start vickers and percy thrower into a wild frenzy about all sorts of things - most completely unrelated to rugby ...

ps
good luck for the birth whitters, just one thing though, when the midwife hands you your child for the first time - make sure you break the habit of a lifetime - and pass it back to your wife ...

Here we go - Keep em' coming
The excuses have started. I dont know. You start calling your team mates for not turning up for genuine reasons and then throw them in yourself. We'll let you off if you come down on Sat. So far, it's me, Skip, Ben (if not working), Muscles (Tim), The Doc', Matty and Vickers. 11am prompt start.

Market Bosworth Country Show - Auction
Hi, won't be around for next couple of weeks as I am tied up with my commitments with Bosworth Show (6th July)- after that I will be back. Whilst I am talking about Bosworth Show....I have a plea.... in 2007 the show was cancelled which resulted in unrecoverable loss of just over £20,000. To try to recoup that cost; to assist in the continuation of the show and also raise a good donation for this year's charity (MacMillian Nurses) we are running a charity auction on Friday 4th July. We already have a large list of impressive donations including; * a holiday apartment in the south of France, * a Porsche Boxter or Cayman for the weekend, * Clay pigeon shooting lesson for two, * Horse drawn trip for 12 people A full list of auction items can be found by visiting: http://www.marketbosworthshow.co.uk/promiseauction.html Tickets are £15 each which includes a buffet supper plus there will be a payble licensed bar on the evening. To book a ticket or place a sealed bid please contact Louise Nicholson on either; l.o.u@btopenworld.com or 07870 907 377 as soon as possble. If you could mention my name and that I emailed you that would be useful as we are trying to track how people heard about the event.
