Pre Season Here we go Lads! Season 2008/09! Hope you are all looking forward to the forthcoming season as much as I am! We need to ensure we keep the motivation we gather last season and this couldn't be helped any better than with some good pre-season training. As Tref as propsed we are looking to start next Tuesday 7pm as well as Saturday mornings. I know that not everyone can attend due to committments, but please try and make the effort wherever you can...it will certainly tell when we come to start the season. training i'm in for pre-season - can't do the 24th as have a "pro-tag" competition that night as a corporate do ... will be around for some saturdays and most tuesdays thereafter. Posted by tim

ELV's No its not about small people who hang around santa. Its the new Laws we will have to play with this year. These are designed to make the game faster and better to watch on TV. Down side the ball will be in play longer so fitness is key this coming season. Please all take the chance to go on you tube and see the Latest videos of these but only look at ones in the last couple of months. If we our fully up to speed on these we will have the edge over the oposition. I have found a few loop holes in them already which will help our game plan. I am attending a meeting on the 8th July with a presentation from a Premiership referee. Damo & Dean I will give you a call over the next week to cover these.
